Rookie von Rain is a beautiful 1-2 year old German Shepherd. Saying that he’s a very happy, sweet and handsome boy pretty much encapsulates who this precious guy is. His day begins with a touch of honey sweetness, as his good attitude shines through from the get-go – he comes out of his kennel with a wagging tail, ready to love and be loved. He can pull on the leash a bit out of excitement but is easily correctable. He enjoys exploring - with a medium energy level - and does great when walking with a group of dogs. In fact, he meets them face-to-face with no issues! Rookie loves having his butt scratched and to be rubbed all over, so he’ll lean against you to ask for petting. He knows “Sit" and “Down” and takes treats gently. He joins playgroups happy and ready to explore. He enjoys wandering all around the yard, checking things out, and doesn’t seem to mind any of the dogs. With his outgoing personality Rookie is even more of a mingler in the play yard and a good greeter. This precious boy just might be the one you’ve been dreaming of. (No cats.)
